Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tc77 ("tc77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tc77 website located at https://tc77.bio, including all associated services, features, content, games, betting markets, and payment functionality offered thereon.

• You have not previously had an account on tc77 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

tc77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of age and identity at any point. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

Account Registration

To access tc77's full range of services, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on tc77. Opening duplicate accounts — including through different email addresses, phone numbers, or household members sharing payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated throughout your time as a tc77 account holder. tc77 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by a player.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. tc77 will never ask you for your password through any channel. • Non-transferability: Player accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any of the credits, bonuses, or accumulated rewards within it to any third party.
• Account currency: tc77 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Once an account currency is set, it cannot be changed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

tc77 supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits: Funds deposited into a tc77 account are credited in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. tc77 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — tc77 has no control over third-party fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The account holder must have completed tc77's identity verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is in the same name as the registered tc77 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are generally not withdrawable until those requirements have been met in full. Bonus terms are detailed in Section 5.
• tc77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in a delay in processing. Players will be informed if additional information is required.
• tc77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

tc77 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time a promotion is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified per promotion.
• Eligibility: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. tc77 may withhold bonuses where it determines, at its sole discretion, that bonus abuse or multi-accounting is occurring.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, bets placed above a stated maximum single-bet limit may result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you choose to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, tc77 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawal before processing.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the tc77 platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by tc77. tc77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event the outcome of which is already known or where the odds were published in error.
• Odds and errors: In the event that a betting market is displayed with manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human mistake, tc77 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Game results: The results of all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer outcomes as applicable. tc77's gaming system records are the definitive record of all game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a player's device display and the tc77 server records, the server records shall prevail.
• Connectivity: tc77 is not liable for losses arising from interrupted gameplay due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a game round is disrupted mid-play and the stake cannot be recovered, tc77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by tc77 for individual accounts at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tc77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one tc77 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tc77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tc77 account during that same period.

Account Suspension & Termination

tc77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring tc77 to terminate the account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Privacy & Data
